Is it because...?

Everyone remember that poor guy stabbed death by the robber who studied in TARC last year? Or that girl being violated and nearly raped in TARC? Or Ms Kong being robbed and badly injured? Even myself has being robbed twice although the second time I was being asked for the money "nicely". From all, I found a common facts related. All TAR(University/College Tunku Abdul Rahman) students are related(LOL).

Why? Why all these incident are happening in Malaysia? Is it the government authorities should be blamed of? Is it because the police aren't doing their part? Or is it the breed since the day they(robbers/thefts) were born that had brought up a wrong mindset? Or should we blame them themselves for doing such "good deeds" to us?We students often wrote essays about social problems, but have you ever think deeply? Why this cant be solved? Or the Ministers didn't look upon the consequences and subsequents of it and handle it just by pushing it to the subordinates to handle themselves?

My mom just came back from Singapore (watched Phantom of the Opera there, I wanted to watch but of the Management study....) few days ago and she compared between Singapore and Malaysia (again. She went to Singapore to watch Miss Saigon few years back then). This is the sentence I heard her saying more than 10 times without her conscience knowing that she had repeated it that much : "Singapore ARE REALLY a safer place than Malaysia". Ah, and why was that? Singapore is a country that prosper, there are more "millionaire" than us here in Malaysia and why the robbers/thefts chooses to stay here and not in Singapore?

If you say "Oh, they are those nasty little Indonesians", "They probably sneaked in to our country and jobless". Oh, they are wrong indeed but I don't blame them as much as when I found out these, "They are Malays, wearing....."(from the victims), "Oh those Indians are so fast, I cant even run away"(yet another victim) or my version, "There are 6 of them, short and tall but all skinny, Malays I call them, rascals barbarians...."(this is my version of being robbed) Oh my GOD, Malaysians O' Malaysians. Those Malay guys they get everything better than us Chinese and yet they still wanna rob us?

These are not the worst cases. Those culprits, call themselves the good guy, didn't even lend a helping hand when the victims need them. Doctors, can you imagine a doctor who refused to help a badly injured person and he was just within a walking distance? Those people who passed by don't even care to call for help? Those busy bodies who came and look at the victim but do not even care to send him to the hospital or clinic? These I call them ba******. Why don't they help? If one day they are the one who is robbed and injured, I hope there is someone there to help them so that they will know. Kinda think of it, will I myself give a helping hand? I think I would. That's what I learned from PBSM in secondary school. Never leave a person unhelped.

Its 8.30a.m. in the morning. I supposed I gotta get ready for the movie or else KY would say something as I hold the tickets (wicked, ngek ngek ngek). Well then, see y'all later!

p/s: sorry if this post troubles you, I just woke up and has the urge to post but I cant construct my sentences well, hehe.

"You can't change the fact that it happened. But you can change the fate of the ones who caught into it even by just calling for help. And you can still change the fate that it wont happens to you now and then."

It's that dangerous. So next time when we all (well, most of us) are studying in UTAR, let's make sure our own safety by walking with group of 4 or more.

You know Singapore is a smaller place and thus they don't need a huge police force to patrol the nation. Malaysia is a bigger country than Singapore in the sense of geographical. Plus, I don't think there are many police in Malaysia are patrolling these days compared to last time when I can often see a patrol car.

Haiz... I think pj is safer compared to Setapak, should have taken As instead =.=". Maybe those robbers purposely stalk for UTAR/KTAR students because they're Chinese? We rarely heard that Malays got robbed or snatched thief and end up in the hospital injured, do they?

Maybe Malaysia should have implement the law of when you snatch someone and got caught, you pay back 100 times more to the victim or you just stay in prison for the rest of your life. Well I don't think this will help much either since they will said that it violated human rights in the first place.

Are the police to be blamed? Well, we can't expect the police to drive around looking for snatch theif when they do their operation do we? If there were to done so i think we'll be albe to see them "lepaking" somewhere instead of patrolling around. Police are also "robbing" us in a way as well, taking bribery. Well the only difference is that they don't hurt people like snatch thiefs.

As for Malays? They are too lazy to work and want to find easy money, therefore target us Chinese instead of their own people. Prime Minister of ours even verified that Malays are the laziest in Malaysia and prefer to rob bank to get easy money (but their planning sux and they end up getting caught not long after that =.=") or they prefer to lepak around but they need money to survive. Therefore, they have the urge to do something so inhuman, not only rob but also hurt and kill them.

As for Singapore, hmm maybe their rules are stricter then Malaysia? Or maybe the residents are just too busy working since most of them are Chinese instead of having the time to go around to rob people. That explains why Singapore is more advance then us. Another fact is that it is smaller and much easier to handle compared with Malaysia (its hard enough to handle just one state alone, let apart 14 of them)

The "good guys"? Hmm ... doctors nowadays are not the same as those 20/30 years ago. All they cared about is money, money and money. This is their attitude "NO MONEY NO TALK". For most of them, their purpose to become a doctor is just gain profit, only a minority of them is doing it to help others. We can't expect much from them right? Even a simple consultation of a doctor for a flu or fever which takes less then 10 minutes costed RM 40+. How do those who are thight in income are suppose to pay so much for just a consultation and a few medicines? They rather go to the pharmacy and buy panadol which costs less then RM5.

It's also the Malaysian culture to be good onlooker, not good helpers. They are scared for the burden that they will hold if they were to help. Take example an accident, the accident is on the other side of the road but those busy bodies on the other side will just slow down and purposely look at what happened. It's not wrong to have a glance, but you do not need to slow down so much and cause a massive traffic jam right? If one of them is doing so then it won't be much of a problem, but if the whole stretch is doing so obviously there will be a problem. One of the worse case is that those busy bodies are so busy looking at the accident and didn't notice the car in front had braked, and therefore "boom". There goes another accident which happens for the too busy body case. How many will actually stop and help anyway? They will just have to wait for the ambulance to squeese through the massive traffic jam to get to the victim? Well they probably already dead when the ambulance is still stuck in the jam =.=".

I think awareness plays the most significant role here...
Education of being alerted, education of how to get job instead of thinking something bad, etc

I guess it's all play down to the very point of MENTALITY.Seriously,Malaysians have such low mentality or maybe i shud say low mentality when it comes to heavy issues like law enforcement and equity.Seriously, i feel that Malaysians are a bunch of totally immature slacks when it comes to issues like political rights and basic human rights.
We had been treated like a kid with not much freedom to voice our fears and disagreement unlike citizens in other country like Taiwan where political riot is a common scenario.Malaysians are so used to keeping their mouth shout than to voice out their fears and problems...It's like "kids are to be seen not to be heard"...and we are like those kids.

If gals like me-who seriously look to 'young' and 'kiddy' to dwell in serious issue like politics,my mouth will be stuff with stockings in no time to make me SHUT-UP ...(Simple Plan)..

So Kelvin, you are comming to Setapak then...Well, you had reminded me, seldom I see Malays being robbed. I think is because they are just the same kind. Not race, but behaviour. Malay politicians they rob us too, using the name of developing, police bribery, citizens part-time robbers... They are all just the same kind...Im not trying to be racist here cause I myself have some Malay friends and they are quite a nice person...Well, Jess is right. Awareness, and adding on HUMANITY CONCIOUSNESS is important. If you are "humanity-wise" then you wont do crime...

For the laziness of Malays, I think it is because of the government of Malaysia. They took care of them. Baby sit their own race. Thats why now almost every teenage Malays are lazy and well, stupid...Moral values are dropping down, religion cant handle them well. Do you know that if an Islam smokes will be rocorded as small case in their religion? And if you do 1 good deeds, you can actually cover up 10 bad deeds. Thats what my teacher told me(she's a malay too). I think that if even religion cant help then correct them, nothing can...

If you say Singapore is easy to comparing to Malaysia, then you might be right. But can you see it like this, if every state ministers organize their states and do their job well, this is just same as 14 Singapore in Malaysia...no big deal isnt it? But maybe Im just bias from here but then it makes some senses, even if it is a small 1...

Moral values are dropping down dead in social. Especially in Malaysia. Malaysia was voted as the top 30 most uncourteous country on Earth.SWT. And I think that Onn Sein mean that Chineses are low in metality when it comes to law enforcements issues? Well, I think people are starting to lose faith in Malaysia politics. They are starting to not trust the governments anymore...Thats my point of views...The government are only covering up for their own races and they say "bersepakat" is only crapping. Infront the TVs they are good to each other and behind us they are just trying to rob us and use the money for their own goods...

"Kehpoh" is one of the Malaysian Chinese culture I think...they are just busy bodies and even Im busy body sometimes. But I think that if someone is injured in accident therefore we must try to help IF we are able to. It isnt wrong to glance like Kelvin said but try not to disturb the traffic, thats another kind of helping too. I think it is time to start thinking all over the social issues and humanity issues.......

GOOD DAY EVERYONE~!!
